For short as well as for long stay bookings, our apartments are the perfect choice. Minimum length of stay is 3 nights.

Between 100-120 m² include a completely equipped kitchen, 2-3 bathrooms (shower/bathtub, hair dryer), one living room with a flat screen TV (42"), telephone, some have a washing machine, and all apartments at least one balcony.

They are perfect for a long weekend as well as for stays longer than a week, because of the optional hotel services (partly extra charge required). You can either enjoy our breakfast buffet for an extra fee of 5 Euro p. person per day or you can use the fully equipped kitchen with all necessary devices to use at your leisure.

Shopping possibilities are nearby and open from Monday to Saturday 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Close to the hotel are as well different restaurants, drug stores, bakery shops, fitness companies, a laundry and various stops of the public transport system. The price range starts at 100,00 Euro/p. night with a minimum length of stay of three nights. Final cleaning is included. Monthly rates start with 2000,00 Euro/month including weekly cleaning. Please ask us for extended-stay discounts.

All rates are valid beyond fair times and include VAT and all related costs such as water, electricity etc. Booking is only possible on request and availability. A security deposit might be required.
