Our services and other important information

Check in / Checkout: the rooms are available from 3 p.m. on. Please check out at the day of your departure not later than 12 a.m. If you would like to stay longer, please inform our front office staff.
Luggage: on request we help you to carry your luggage on arrival/departure day. You can also store your luggage before you check in or after your check out at the front desk.
Parking: parking lots are of limited availability and charged with 10 Euro per night.
Wake up call: please contact the front office staff, or use the clock radio in your room.
Internet: Wifi is available for free. Technically we can offer internet access in most of the rooms and our lobby. You receive your individual access code at the front desk.
General information about shopping possibilities, pharmacies etc. is available at our front desk, which is open 24 hours. In addition you can get city guides (for free), stamps (fee depends on size, weight and destination) or send a fax (price depends on number of pages and destination). We also help getting a taxi.
Bar: at our bar we serve coffee, different hot beverages, tea, as well as soft drinks, beers and red-/white wine.
Mini-bar: our mini-bars are not filled. You can purchase different kind of drinks at the bar downstairs in our lobby (prices are displayed there).
Safe: valuables can be deposited in a safe at the front desk. The hotel is not liable for your valuables not deposited there but left in your room.
Credit cards: we accept American Express, Diners Club, EC Cash, Master Card and Visa.
Dry cleaning and laundry: Monday to Friday, laundry will be returned within 24-48 hours if handed over to the front office staff before 9 a.m. (costs are not included in room price). Prices are displayed at the front desk. An ironing board and a flat iron are available at the front desk (deposit 20 Euro).
Sanitary products such as razor-sets, shower caps, shampoo, shower gel and combs are available at the front desk. Additionally you can have extra laundry bags or shoe polishing sets.
Voltage: 220 V/AC. Adapters can be borrowed at the front desk (deposit required).
Smoking is not permitted. A 75,00 Euro penalty (per night) is charged even for one violation of this regulation.
